Magnolia Acres Farm is conveniently located in St. Johns County minutes from CR210 and SR 13. The farm is close to most Northern St. Johns and Southern Duval communities and only 45 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. Magnolia Acres Farm is a friendly, supportive community of horse lovers of all ages.
25 wooded lush acres set with wild magnolias that offer a serene peaceful setting. It is truly a perfect learning environment. To top it all off we are in the heart of desirable St. Johns County close to CR210 and SR 13.

We have beautiful stables and provide immaculate matted box stalls with cedar/pine shavings and private runouts, automatic waterers in paddocks and stalls, temperature-controlled tack and feed room with refrigerator, bathroom, 7 wash racks, and electronic gated entrance for security and safety.
The Arena
Two arenas: There is a larger 200’x 140’ arena for group lessons and a smaller 120’x60 arena for private practice or programs for our youngest riders. Both have specialized footing material and a sprinkler system to eliminate dust as well as stadium lighting for nighttime riding. At the large arena there is a covered viewing area with fans, and power strips available for the observers’ comfort and convenience.
