Meet Given! Given is our matriarch here at Magnolia Acres. She is a pro at taking our beginners from their first steps on a lunge line to cantering pole courses-and everything in between! She is as automatic as they come, knows her job, and loves it! A true favorite amongst our students.

Lucy is an adorable flea bitten quarter horse mare. She is as comfortable to ride as they come, bareback and saddled! Her easy going demeanor and laid back nature make her a pleasure to work with! She loves being groomed, oftentimes falling asleep during the process!

Bentley is the definition of a gentle giant. He is a stunning cross between a Percheron and a Paint. Although he’s stocky, he’s got the flashiest personality-and sure knows he’s cute! He excels at teaching our riders to walk and trot and is game for anything you ask of him. He will also eat just about anything, popsicles are his personal favorite! We adore our handsome Bentley boy.

Ty is a handsome bay thoroughbred. He is one of our intermediate mounts and is a super adjustable guy to ride. He has his own motor when he needs it, but can easily get the double ads when you ask. Previously a cross country horse, his bravery and willing attitude make him another farm favorite!

Enola is a beautiful paint mare, her gorgeous blonde mane and shiny coat make her stand out! What’s more impressive than her looks is her determination and trust as she comes from a troubled past. She’s very willing, eager to please and learn, and always puts a smile on her riders face with how hard she tries at anything you ask of her!

Winston is a beautiful Chestnut Oldenburg gelding. He is the smoothest to ride, and a pleasure on the ground. He loves having his face sprayed off with cool water, followed by a treat of course! Nothing phases him under saddle, and he is game for whatever you ask! He glides over any jump and truly loves to please!

Bleu is a gorgeous Holsteiner gelding. He is only 6 years old, but you’d never know it as he is as “old-souled” as they come. Extremely inquisitive and curious, he greets anyone and everything with ears forward and an outstretched neck, always welcoming pets and treats! He is currently in training, and we are so excited for this handsome boys future.

Stone also lets the phrase “gentle giant” ring true! At a massive 17.1 hh he is the largest horse on our farm. With over 6-figure winnings from his racetrack days, he is happily living the slow hunter pace lifestyle now. His extremely cool, calm, and collected personality make him a pleasure to spend time with, both in and out of the saddle. He adores being scratched right on his belly, and is sure to do his best giraffe impression upon receiving scratches! Stone is as chill as they come, and we love him for it!
